Gertrudis Panem Vitas, like many local microbakeries, operates under Texas Cottage Food Laws, allowing us to craft homemade baked goods with care and tradition. We work on a pre-order and pickup basis—customers place their orders in advance and pick them up at a designated meetup location in Downtown Houston.

📍Most of our pickups take place within the Theater District.
